Beautiful building isn't it!? You're looking at the Conexus Plaza, home of the Conexus Credit Union. The building used to be home to the head offices of Canada Trust. The land that the Conexus plaza was built on used to be home to the R. H. Williams Store, Regina's first department store..

The old building was named Glasgow House, after Glasgow Scotland. The business was established in Regina in 1888 on South Railway Street, but a larger and more up to date building was required, so they built a new store right here in 1910.

The Robert Simpson company purchased the business in 1946, and later merged with a pretty famous American department store. Any idea which department store the Robert Simpson company merged with?

You can find the answer by playing the trivia question, just tap the stop icon on the map.

The old building was demolished in 1982, making way for the beautiful building you see now.
