Download the tripvia tours app

& purchased tour(s)

If app not yet downloaded, click your app store icon (below) for a direct download link.

Once the app is downloaded to your mobile device: 

  1. Open the tripvia tours app

  2. Tap the Tours icon (bottom of 'Home' screen)

  3. Tap the the All Tours & Bundles List image

  4. In the search field, enter the title of your purchased tour (it will auto-find)

  5. Tap the tour in the resulting list

  6. Tap the blue Enter Code button

  7. Enter your Unlock code and then tap UNLOCK (you may need to tap it twice) - found in booking confirmation email (combination of 6 or 7 numbers & letters - not case sensitive)

  8. Tap Download Tour

  9. When the download has completed, tap Start Tour (same button)

  10. On the first screen of your tour, listen to the Tutorial audio clips (to learn how to use the app, and get started with the tour)

  11. Navigate to your starting point and begin!

Notes:

  • Ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi / mobile connection: Download times can vary due to connection speed, device performance, and network strength. Do not download while driving - an inconsistent connection can cause the download to fail. 

  • To view download progress: Tap the download button to open the status window

  • To restart download: Tap the download button to open the status window. Tap Cancel and then Download Tour again to restart it. This refreshes the connection and usually fixes delays caused by weak signal or a momentary glitch.
