Ok, maybe these aren't magical teleporting benches, but there is an exactly identical one in each of the provincial capitals.
This seating area is known as 'Links between capitals', and there is an identical one in each provincial capital. They are dedicated to the relationship between Canada's federal and provincial capitals.
The area was funded by the Wascana Centre and the national capital commission. The two benches, two lights and garbage container located in each city match park furnishings on confederation Boulevard in Ottawa, the Nations capital.
