The beaches of Wasaga, all 14 kilometres of them, are actually all part of the Wasaga Beach Provincial Park. This natural area protects wildlife habitat and nesting shorebirds such as the endangered Piping Plover. 

 

The park also operates the Wasaga Beach Visitor Centre, which opened in 2012 to commemorate the War of 1812’s 200th birthday…. birthday doesn’t sound right does it.. uhh… anniversary?… commemoration?..jubilee?..international day of importance?.. well I don’t know what the proper term is… think you can help me out!?

So a Bicentennial means the 200th anniversary, but what does bi-centuplicate mean? Well, technically, nothing because I added the bi in there, but centuplicate is a real thing!

 

It means to increase something by 100! So to put it into a sentence... ‘The awesomeness of this Tripvia tour just … centuplicated with this bad mama jamma of a question!’ 

 

Here’s another vocabulary tip.. Bad mama jamma is also a real thing, buuuuut the definition is PG13 so I’ll let you guys look that up on your own!
