Welcome to the Wascana Place! Take a stroll inside to find maps and information on the Wascana Center and the city of Regina. You'll also see public exhibits that describe the history and future of Wascana Centre in more detail. The upper levels provide office space, an observation deck, and the Joe Moran gallery.
The Joe Moran Gallery is an art gallery featuring artwork by artists from the Regina federation of artists... in hindsight I think I should have added a few more 'arts' to that sentence. There just wasn't enough! 'Art' I right!?
In 2010, the Joe Moran art gallery was transformed into a permanent historical gallery that celebrates the rich history of Wascana center through photographs that date from 1880 to the present. The gallery highlights the growth and development of Wascana Center over the decades.
Though it is changed throughout the years, Wascana Center has always held a special place in the hearts of local residents and represents an opportunity to learn about, and connect with Wascana Center's rich historical past.
The Joe Moran gallery is located right here on the fourth floor of Wascana Place and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
